"Lawendowa Dolinka" offers holiday cottages in the beautiful village of Chyrowa, nestled in the Magura National Park. Bordering the Main Beskid Trail, the property is a great base for exploring the Beskid Mountains. Guests can relax surrounded by fragrant lavender, abundant greenery, birdsong, and the murmur of a river. We offer beautiful views year-round, and in winter, a ski slope is just 200 meters away. The property has direct access to a clear mountain river, offering winter swimming. Guests have access to a garden jacuzzi, hot tub, table football, ping-pong table, gazebo, fireplace, and grill. Plant lovers are welcome to join us for herbal walks. The cottages are furnished to a high standard, with 8 beds, a kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, dishwasher, terrace, garden, and many other amenities. We do not rent cottages for special events such as hen/stag parties, birthdays, etc. Chyrowa in the Low Beskids is an ideal base, famous for its historic Orthodox church, the Chyrowa-SKI ski resort, and beautiful trails to Cergowa and Grzywacka Mountain. The area offers numerous attractions: the waterfall in Iwla, atmospheric Jaśliska, the Olza Wall in Rudawka Rymanowska, the Hermitage of St. John, and the Oil Industry Museum in Bóbrka. Top attractions in and around Chyrowa: Orthodox Church in Chyrowa: Historic Greek Catholic Church of the Protection of the Mother of God. Cergowa Mountain: Observation tower offering panoramic views of the Low Beskids. Grzywacka Mountain: Hike from Kąty to the observation tower. These Terms and Conditions specify the terms and conditions under which cottages can be booked and rented.
Making a reservation constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

PAYMENTS
1. To confirm your reservation, you must pay a deposit of 50% of the total rental cost within 3 days of making your reservation via email to AGATA KUROPKA, account number: 61 1140 2004 0000
3402 6804 3631.
2. Cancellation of part of your stay, late arrival, or early departure, due to reasons beyond the Owner's control, does not entitle you to a refund.
3. We do not accept payment by credit card.
4. The cottage will be returned to you after your stay. In the event of any damage, the renter is responsible for covering the costs of the damage. A refundable security deposit of PLN 400 is required upon check-in to protect against any damage to the property. The deposit is refundable upon check-out.
5. The price of the services provided by the Owner does not include insurance. The Owner is not liable for any injuries, damages, or property destruction, including theft of luggage, during your stay. The Owner is not liable for any valuables left in the cottages or the property. Please exercise due diligence in closing windows and doors when leaving the cottage.
RENTAL CONDITIONS
6. The cottage rental period begins at 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
7. Quiet hours apply on the cottages from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
8. No guests other than registered guests are permitted on the resort premises. 9. If, as a result of a breach of the curfew, the Owner or an authorized person is forced to
justifiably call the police, the Owner has the right to terminate the agreement immediately without refunding the rental fee.
10. Guests of the cottages may not disturb other vacationers. The Owner reserves the right to terminate the stay of Guests in the cottage and is not obligated to refund the unused period of stay if Guests grossly disturb the peace or well-being of neighbors,
fail to comply with the cottage rules, or generally applicable norms of interpersonal coexistence.
11. Minors may only be checked into the cottages with an adult, and their stay in the cottages is only possible under adult supervision.
12. Parties such as birthdays, hen parties, stag parties, etc., and smoking are strictly prohibited in the cottages. Smoking is permitted on the terrace, where an ashtray is provided. 13. Guests will be charged additional fees for damage to the cottages and any resulting consequences, such as the need to replace equipment and additional maintenance work.
14. Guests renting the cottages may park their cars (one parking space per cottage) in the parking lot located on the cottage grounds. The parking lot is unattended, and the cottage owner is not responsible for any loss or damage to vehicles or property left inside.
15. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for the safety and any consequences of their children's actions. The cottage owner requests that parents/guardians provide increased supervision over their children. Children may only be in the playground under the supervision of parents or legal guardians.
16. Guests may not sublet the cottage to third parties, even if the period for which they have paid the fee has not expired. 17. It is prohibited to repair or upgrade the equipment provided in the cottages yourself.
18. Please report any defects in equipment and furnishings resulting from use to the cottage owner immediately so that they can be repaired/replaced. Financial compensation for the repair/replacement of defects
resulting from the fault of the landlords must be paid by the landlords no later than the day of departure.
19. The cottage owner is not responsible for temporary inconveniences occurring with independent suppliers
caused by, for example, a temporary lack or drop in water pressure, power outage, or internet connection.
20. If the declared number of people using the cottage is exceeded without the consent and knowledge of the owner
at the time of booking, the owner reserves the right to immediately terminate the contract with all consequences without the obligation to refund the previously paid fee.
21. The cottage owner does not consent to pets staying in the cottages. By making a reservation, the Landlord consents to the processing of personal data solely for the purpose of fulfilling the reservation and fulfilling the registration obligation in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997. The person making the reservation has the right to access and update their personal data.
22. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code and the Tourist Services Act shall apply accordingly.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
23. Guests can use the garden jacuzzi/hot tub for an additional fee, upon prior reservation.
A session lasts 3 hours. Each session is filled with fresh water and heated by a wood stove to the temperature requested. Sessions are held between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM to avoid disturbing other guests. The cost of a session is PLN 250 (including the cost of heating the water (wood) and filling the hot tub with 1,000 liters of fresh water). If guests wish to use the hot tub again the day after purchasing the session, without changing the water, the cost of heating alone is PLN 150.
24. Free use of the bonfire area is available on-site. Firewood can be purchased for PLN 50 per bundle, or guests can gather firewood themselves from the adjacent forest, which is part of the Lawendowa Dolinka zone.
