2. Persons staying on the premises of Green Corner Cottages are obliged to comply with these regulations and the principles of safety and cultural recreation.
3. Violation of any point of these regulations constitutes grounds for immediate termination of the cottage rental agreement without the possibility of refunding the amount paid to the Owner.
4. Making a reservation is tantamount to reading and accepting the provisions of these regulations.

6. The preliminary reservation agreed by e-mail should be confirmed within 24 hours by paying a deposit of 30%. In the title of the transfer, please provide: the reservation number assigned by the Owner and the name and surname of the person making the reservation.
7. At the time of making a reservation (paying a deposit), the rental agreement is considered to be concluded.

10. The remaining amount for the stay must be paid in cash on the day of arrival at the time of accommodation and issuance of the key to the cottage.

21. Zielony Zakątek cottages do not accept guests with animals.
22. The only animals that are allowed on the premises of the Zielony Zakątek cottages are animals accompanying disabled people.
23. Smoking cigarettes and tobacco products is strictly prohibited in the premises of the Zielony Zakątek cottages. Smoking is permitted in designated areas.
24. Health and safety and fire protection regulations must be observed both in the cottages and on the premises, in particular it is prohibited to use devices powered by electricity or gas that are not part of the equipment of these premises and that may create a fire hazard, as well as to bring flammable materials, explosives and materials with an unpleasant smell into the cottages.
25. The presence of unregistered persons on the premises of the Zielony Zakątek cottages is possible only and exclusively after prior arrangement with the Owner.
26. Due to the fact that parents are responsible for the safety of their children and any consequences of their actions, parents are obliged to look after their children on the entire premises of the Zielony Zakątek cottages.
27. The Owner of the cottages is not liable for any injuries or damages caused to health.
28. The entire area where the Zielony Zakątek cottages are located is fenced and monitored.
29. Each cottage is guaranteed one free/unguarded parking space.
30. During your stay, you must respect other Guests and not disturb their rest.
31. The wooden shelter located on the premises of the Zielony Zakątek cottage is a place intended for use by all Guests of the cottages.
32. In the event of using the public grill or bonfire, ensure that they are clean and left tidy.
33. The washing machine located on the premises of the Zielony Zakątek cottage is available to Guests after paying a fee for each wash.
34. The Owner of the Zielony Zakątek cottage is not liable for the loss or damage of vehicles or property left in them.
